There is a new book coming out this year addressing choices of strategy and businessmodels in tramp shipping. The book provides an overview of strategic options and choices in a conservative industy. It also tracks significant changes over the last 30 years to this industry, from financialisation to digitalization, and how this impacts choices of strategy and busines model for senior management.
