Exchange on research insights – consumers and plant-based foods
Event Description
Exchange on research insights – consumers and plant-based foods
We would like to invite all fellow researchers and interested market and policy stakeholders to a research insights exchange on December 5, 2024. PlantPro researchers will present results from the latest studies we have finalized, while research colleagues with similar work present theirs, in an event that brings together the research community with practitioners for an exchange on newest insights and perspectives.
Denmark has moved from the back of the line to the forefront when it comes to all things plant-based - or at least so it seems. The country makes international headlines for creating an action plan and dedicating funding. And while all this has been developing, the PlantPro research team has been working on the topic from a transition, consumer, and marketplace perspective. But what is the status now? What are the latest research insights and recommendations? What are the challenges to overcome, moving forward from here?
