CSEI-Workshop

Public Acceptance of Energy Infrastructure

Date: November 28th, 2024, 12.00-17.00

Venue: Station, Howitzvej 30, 2000 Frederiksberg Denmark

The Copenhagen School of Energy Infrastructure (CSEI) invites you to an afternoon with a focus on public acceptance and stakeholder engagement of energy infrastructure. For nations to meet their climate goals and become net zero, they will have to dramatically increase their energy infrastructure. This will take diverse forms, from well-known solar PV, wind turbines and energy grids to newer technologies such as Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) or Power-to-X. Such a transition requires political acceptance, engagement at all levels, and acceptance from various actors.
