Be Inspired by One of the World’s Leading Leadership Scholars Herminia Ibarra
CBS and Djøf invite you to a special event with Herminia Ibarra, Professor at London Business School and author of Act Like a Leader, Think Like a Leader. Recognised multiple times by Thinkers50 as one of the world’s most influential leadership thinkers, Ibarra brings fresh insights into what it takes to grow as a leader today.
The event will be opened by CBS President Peter Møllgaard and Djøf CEO Tomas Therkildsen.
Herminia Ibarra will then present actionable and thought-provoking perspectives on how to develop as a leader or prepare for your first leadership role. According to Ibarra, leadership development doesn't begin with reflection, but with action. You learn by experimenting, expanding your network and challenging your usual ways of thinking.
Following the talk, there will be a Q&A session with CBS Professor Sara Louise Muhr, an expert in leadership and diversity.
To round off the event, we invite you to network over food and drinks.
