Meet and Greet
Dear partners,
We are very pleased to invite you to our annual Meet and Greet Event, taking place on October 31, 2025.
This event offers a valuable opportunity to connect with our second-year shipping students, who will soon begin their search for internships starting from September 1, 2026 through mid-May 2027. We would also like to warmly encourage you to bring along a current intern or an IST graduate you may have hired. Their presence provides great inspiration and insight for our students as they prepare for their own internship journeys.
Due to the high number of participants last year and in consideration of safety, we kindly ask that each participant registers individually, rather than registering as a company. This will help us plan the event more effectively. Please note that due to limited space, reserved tables will be prioritized for companies recruiting interns. If your company does not plan to recruit interns this time but would still like to attend and support the event, you are still very welcome to join us during the day. We simply ask that you indicate this in the registration form.
