This model offers valuable insights into the diverse practices and challenges organizations encounter when implementing circular economy principles. - In the second presentation, The Next Organization presents the Sustainable Business Model with a focus on interorganizational collaboration.
By introducing the Network Business Model Canvas (NBMC), they demonstrate how partnering companies can jointly pursue shared sustainability goals and co-create value.
