Deforestation-free Supply Chains: How to Overcome Knowledge Gaps to Obtain Successful Implementation

Event Description

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is reshaping global trade in forest-risk commodities. How can companies, individuals, and local actors ensure compliance - and go beyond it to drive forest protection throughout the value chain?

The session presents the EMMA4EU project, an EU-funded initiative supporting effective implementation of deforestation-free sourcing across supply chains.

Join us to explore the newest developments of EU regulation, the EMMA4EU alliance, and its implications for the implementation of responsible value chains; and how you can become one of the positive change makers.

Lineup: TBA

This session will be hosted by ESG Researchers for Blue Finance at CBS, Daphné Olivin and Nathalie Fichte.
