Green Leadership: Navigating Sustainability Dilemmas and Paradoxes

From a position as a strategic priority with high potential on reputation and competitive advantage, sustainability has entered an era of pragmatism. The world has fallen short of shared ambitions, and sustainability has become a battleground of competing ideologies. Yet, the serious risks from climate change still exist, and companies need to move forward. But how?

At the Green Business Forum, CBS Leadership Centre looks into dilemmas and paradoxes companies face when turning sustainability ambition into action. We will examine key issues across the value chain through two complementary lenses of scope 3: downstream - addressing dilemmas and paradoxes related to customers dynamics within both B2B and B2C and upstream - looking into sourcing, suppliers, and materials.

You can expect a dynamic format combining insightful presentations, real-world cases, and open discussion.
