Measuring what matters in public procurement law

Introductory seminar by visiting PhD Scholar Desiree Klingler, Yale Law School

Désirée Klingler is a visiting Fox Fellow at CBS from Yale Law School. She will present her PhD research on public procurement law in an online webinar on February 24, at 3-5pm CET.

We would like to cordially invite faculty and researchers from Copenhagen Business School as well as other interested parties to join her talk.
Désirée has recently published a paper on Measuring what Matters in Public Procurement Law: Efficiency, Quality and More in the Journal of Management Policy and Practice.

In her talk, she would like to explore new ideas to measure sustainability and quality in public procurement law, and discuss appropriate proxies in the TED public procurement database.

For questions and suggestions, you can contact Désirée under: dkl.law@cbs.dk.
