Welcome to the first Training Day!
In this session we will teach you the fundamentals of case solving and guide you through the different steps in a case solving process:
- What is a case competition really?
- The case solving process
- Solving the right problem
- Introduction to SCQA
- Exercise
- Finding the right solution
- Components of a great case answer
- Issue trees and brainstorming
- Tips and tricks for solving sustainability cases
- Questions
The session is hosted by Ida Kirstine Hansen from CBS Case Club. Ida is an experienced case competition participant and former representative of CBS in international case competitions.
