Conference - Protection of IP: the fight against counterfeiting
Event Description
Protection of IP: the fight against counterfeiting
The past decade has witnessed several challenges in protection of Intellectual Property. To combat the challenges, significant changes in the legal framework that deals with counterfeiting and IP violations can be observed, especially in the EU.
The policymakers, practitioners as well as academics have been focusing on this important area.
