Are you making decisions by guessing or by knowing?
The challenges we face in today’s business environment highlight the increased need for making evidence-based decisions. Workforce Analytics is a powerful tool that, when applied to its full potential, offers great insights in how organizations can manage human capital responsibly.
In this event, we will leverage the combination of our academic expertise and consulting experience, and we will present examples of how workforce analytics could create insights needed for supporting D&I, managing stress and wellbeing, and ensuring equal pay for equal work. We will also discuss broader developments in HR analytics research and practice.
