Invitation to research seminar of imagine…Centre for Creative Industries and Institutions on Creative Forms, Organization and Time.
IOA postdoc Jonathan Feddersen will present his chapter “Towards a Processual Understanding of Buildings: Temporality, Materiality, and Politics” with Tor Hernes and Silviya Svejenova. IOA Assistant Professor Miriam Feuls will present her chapter “Material Temporal Work in Artistic Innovation: How Hilma af Klint Powered Time” with Christina Lüthy and Silviya Svejenova. Both chapters appear in the book Organization as Time: Technology, Power and Politics, edited by de Vaujany, Holt, & Grandazzi (Cambridge University Press, 2023). We will then engage in a discussion on the temporality of art, architecture and other creative forms as well as the implications for the study of organization.
