Industry-academia follow-up workshop on green transition in ports and city-port relations

Event Description

On 24 May, Maritime Research Alliance will organize a follow-up workshop on green transition in ports and city-port relationships at Aarhus Port. Michael Barfod and George Panagakos from DTU will present their recent research on the decarbonization of ports and maritime infrastructure.  Peter Andersen from BlueVisby will present their work within virtual arrival and how that enhances the efficiency and greening of the port ears – through these presentations, it will become clear what an important role the ports play in the decarbonization of shipping as they are key stakeholders in the maritime ecosystem.
