Get professional and personal success, without stressing too much. Join the SKY Campus program! It’s a global comprehensive well-being program for students and has a strong track record in more than 100 Universities across the world.

In the SKY Campus program, you learn research-backed breathwork (SKY) and life-skill tools to manage stress, enhance focus, develop emotional intelligence, communication & leadership skills, and strengthen social connections.

SKY-campus programme runs 25/9-27/9 from 18-21 every evening. You should participate every day to complete the programme.
