Who’s on the panel?
Bjarne Corydon is CEO and Editor in Chief of Børsen. He is a former Danish Finance Minister and partner at McKinsey, where he worked within the public sector division. Bjarne will bring perspectives from the numerous different companies that Børsen works with on a daily basis, and what they see as major opportunities (and challenges) when working with younger talents.
Camilla Kruse is Partner and People and Purpose leader at Deloitte Denmark. She joined Deloitte back in 2009 and has since 2018 been responsible for Deloitte’s talent agenda which covers everything from talent development, attraction, and retention to diversity & inclusion, well-being, and leadership. Camilla will among other things share perspectives on how Deloitte works with talent attraction and development on an ongoing basis.
Christian Sørbye Friis is the CEO of CA Karrierepartner og A-kasse. Christian has dedicated the past 16 years to advancing the talent agenda within the corporate world. CA specialized in high-educated academics and serves as a valuable resource for professionals in the business sector. Christian is ready to bring his expertise to the upcoming panel debate, especially on how to bridge the gap between students about to finish their degree and the Danish companies recruiting recent graduates.
Andreas von der Heide is the co-founder of Les Deux, a Danish based clothing brand with more than 800 retailers in the world. Andreas will bring perspectives on how a relatively young company (with a younger workforce) works with talent attraction, talent development and what he believes are the main capabilities needed in the future.
Inger Askehave is Deputy President and contributes to the overall management of CBS. In the panel debate, Inger will bring perspectives on Nordic Nine and why these nine capabilities are a pivotal part of the foundation of CBS and a key element in the way CBS wishes to inspire the students to contribute to a positive future through the ability to addressing societal challenges - both during your time at CBS but certainly also in your future careers after graduation.
