About the speakers:

Victor Keegan, Nordic Tech Lead at Avanade

As the Nordic Technology Lead at Avanade, Victor focuses on transforming the services team to be AI-driven and in turn doing the same for their customers. He is passionate about transforming organizations to be AI-driven and has been successful in leading the charge in this area. Building a team with knowledge and passion for Generative AI is key for their success in implementing this technology in various organizations.

With over 25 years experience in the IT industry Victor has a successful track record of building and leading enterprise teams that have engaged with top companies globally. He has also previously established a new industry segment in North America whilst living in Seattle, specifically in the gaming industry. Victor is fully engaged in all aspects of customer engagement, including pre-sales, delivery, solution design, implementation, and innovation.

Sonika Kapil, AI & App Chief Architect at Microsoft

Sonika is the AI & App Chief Architect at Microsoft, having over 19 years of experience in the IT sector, including pivotal roles at Microsoft and SAP.

In her current role, she passionately collaborates with Denmark's leading companies to co-create intelligent applications powered by AI.

Holding an MBA from London Business School and grounded in her expertise as a Computer Engineer, Sonika blends strategic insight with technical prowess to drive innovation.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Sonika dedicates herself to mentoring through Copenhagen Kommune's GCCP-17, supporting Copenhagen Fintech scale-ups, participating in the London Business School’s entrepreneurship club, and contributing as an active member of Europe's largest AI think tank.
