We are excited to invite you to our upcoming **Department Day**, where we will come together to share insights, collaborate, and strengthen our bonds as a team.

**Academic Program**:

1. **Strategic Department Plan for the Department of Strategy and Innovation**: Engage in discussions about our strategic direction and future initiatives.

2. **The Impact Agenda and SI/CBS**: Explore the impact of our work and how it aligns with the broader context.

**Social Program**:

Join us for a guided tour on the lunch break, of **Carl Jacobsens Ny Carlsberg**, where you'll hear about Carlsberg's establishment in 1847, the foundation of Ny Carlsberg, and experience some of the most iconic Ny Carlsberg buildings, including the Elephant Gate, Dipylon Gate, Ny Carlsberg Brewery, and the Lotus Chimney. 

In the afternoon we are going to see the Home of Carlsberg's experience. The exhibition unfolds the intriguing story of Carlsberg and Carlsberg's founder, J.C. Jacobsen and his son, Carl Jacobsen. You will learn how father and son had utterly different assumptions about brewing and how this has affected the Carlsberg we know today.

**Dinner**:

In the evening, we are going to walk to Copenhagens new urban food market Banegaarden Restaurant, Otto Busses Vej 45, 2450 København.
