Keynote speech: Professor Guido Palazzo (University of Lausanne) will present his new book ‘The Dark Pattern: The Hidden Dynamics of Corporate Scandals’ (co-authored by Ulrich Hoffrage). The book analyses the root causes of corporate scandals and offers practical advice for building morally resilient organisations.

Panel Debate: Negative media coverage is viewed differently by stakeholders. The panelists will share their reflections on being involved in public debates about corporate sustainability - as companies, journalists, activists, and researchers.

Presentation and panel debate: The session will begin with a short presentation of a new online course that focuses on how corporate sustainability can be integrated in strategy and operations. Moreover, a panel of practitioners will discuss their experiences on how they work with corporate sustainability and what they think is needed to further strengthen these efforts in the future.
