Christmas Party (after PhD Day)

Dear Siers,

We would like to invite you to a cozy and festive Christmas lunch, which will take place on 5 December 2025 at Kilen (CBS). It’s an excellent opportunity to celebrate the year’s achievements, enjoy good food and drinks, and have fun with your colleagues from the Department of Strategy and Innovation.

The Christmas Party starts at 17:30 with bubbles and lasts until the last person has left.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Dinner: We have ordered a delicious buffet with traditional Danish dishes, as well as a selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks. You can choose from different starters, main courses, and desserts, so there is something for everyone.
• Entertainment by Greta, Shibo, and Fabio (surprise)
• Colleague of the Year: We will award the Colleague of the Year. Last year’s winner, Francesca, is arranging this, and we will soon get an update. Who will it be?
• “Pakkeleg”: We will play the classic package game, where everyone must bring a small gift worth a maximum of DKK 50. The gifts will be mixed, and then we will take turns rolling some dice. If you roll a 6, you must choose a gift. But be careful because after the first 10–15 minutes, when it is not allowed to take others’ gifts, others can steal your gift if they also roll a 6. It will be fun and exciting to see what is hidden in the different packages.
• Dance and open bar: After the package game, there will be an opportunity to dance and enjoy a free bar. Michele and Gabriel will play the best hits from both old and new times. You can also make drinks and cocktails from the bar, which will be open all night. To have enough beverages for the late night, remember to contribute some money via MobilePay Box 1844KW, and this year's bartenders (Pipe and Luka) will buy good stuff for you. The suggested contribution is DKK 50. If you still do not own your own profile at MobilePay, please ask your colleague to transfer it for you.

New: You are welcome to show up in a Christmas costume if you wish. It can be a Santa hat, reindeer antlers, a Christmas sweater, or something else entirely. It is not a requirement, but it will make the atmosphere even more festive and fun.
