Managing through crisis - open event with Department of Strategy and Innovation
Event Description
Managing Through Crisis: Evidence from our research in 2020
- Collective Intelligence Hangout with Department of Strategy and Innovation
It’s been one year since the lockdown brought by the COVID-19 pandemic changed our workplaces overnight. While many are still debating whether COVID-19 is a “black swan”—an environmental disruption that is an unpredictable and has an extreme impact, the widespread lockdown introduced to address the pandemic has already started redefining how organizations function. What have we learnt from the lockdown experience?
Already in March 2020, researchers at the Department of Strategy and Innovation embarked on several COVID-19 related research projects. While it is too early to talk about “lessons learned,” it may be the right time to start turning the spotlight toward what we learnt about organizational responses during this crisis.
The conversation will take place online. Please sign up to get the zoom link. The link is sent out to registered participants 12 March in the morning.
