Food waste is an extremely important agenda for any food-producing company, where food waste simply doesn't make sense.
 
And it sounds simple, doesn't it? One can't disagree. It makes no sense. So, it must also be simple to handle in a foodservice company that has the will to do something about it?
 
It's not that simple!
 
We face all sorts of challenges. From tax legislation to tonnage issues, waste sorting, occupational health and safety, dish definitions, logistics, menu variety, seasonality, green transition, language barriers, vast amounts of food, ordering times, value chain waste, procurement, customers, working from home, industry misunderstandings, fashion trends, and much more.
 
We would like to share our experiences with you. The good solutions, all the problems, and where we cannot stand alone. Because food waste is everyone's problem.
